  2. Ceaser Milan fixes the people more than the dogs. Dogs live in the second & we are somewhat not worthy of them. A dog is the best. If they said all dogs are being taken out of the qorld….I WOULDN'T WANT TO BE HERE ANYMORE.

  3. The other part of the nursing shortages is trying to get an appointment for anything. That has a very negative impact on your mental health when you’re dealing with medical issues and you can’t get an appointment for treatment less than 4 to 6 months out. It’s insane.

  4. The NHS is actively killing people in the UK. My father was starved for 2 weeks with nil by mouth, because he might get food in his lung's, i thought that was what the gag reflex was for. I stayed with him every day and night because he didn't want to be alone, but the night before he died a nurse forced me to leave, telling me my father was not a risk. The next day I got to the hospital just before my father lost the ability to talk, his last words were "i'm in trouble here!". The staff wheeled him into a room saying they didn't want to stress the patients, and he slowly slipped away holding my hand. No one lifted a finger. I"ll never step foot in another hospital again, i'd rather die on my feet. Thank you for your sterling work, you deserve medals👍🏅🙏

  5. "and last I don't pick berries"
    Or pan for gold,
Or be last to dinner at religious camps or outings.
Or spontaneous, unplanned or un seasonal "walk or hike this and ill be right back" anything.
Or "I don't feel good im going to head back alone" nuh bruh we stickin together!

  6. You truly help more people than you realize! In so many ways, such as mental health and suicide, teaching us the smart things to do for our own safety while hiking, the not so smart things that people do that we should avoid, and so much more! It would take me too long to write everything but just know you are making a positive difference in this world ! You’re are a bright light for many of us in the dark! ❤️🫶🏼🙌🏽

  7. Hey Dave, I watched a really good show about mental health tonight on our local PBS station. Interviewing some people ( some teenagers and younger) sharing their stories about suffering from mental illness. They tried to explain what they deal with daily. One poor girl has seen 3 shadows in her bedroom since a young child. To her they are real. I can't imagine having to deal with this every night. The fear this girl must have had. They then started showing up at school. I didn't hear how long she suffered this before her family found out she has mental illness. Each one of these people interviewed shared what they went through and experienced daily. Some having family try to distance themselves from them and not wanting others to know their family had someone with mental illness. One Doctor said this world is so crazy. If we walk by someone that is acting strange ,you say well they are crazy. You turn your head the other way as to pretend they are not there. Then you walk by someone that is wounded or hurt you call 911 and get them help. Why can't we see the first person we passed needs emergency help also? Why is there not a place for those kinds of wounds to be taken to and fixed. It really opened my eyes about different types of mental illness. I generally think of a very depressed person when the word mental health comes up. The pain and sadness these people suffer is extraordinary. It just makes one think no wonder their are so many committing suicide. To have to live daily with what a lot of these people said their lives were like would be unbearing. We need more research. More focus on this horrible horrible disease. We have come so far in so many other medical areas. It's time that we donate time ,money and effort into this disease. Sorry this is so long. I just felt I needed to share with you that PBS had this on and they have very frequent shows about mental illness.

  8. Tom Horn has done some research on the Anasazi Indians and say their people where taken by some kind of creatures at some time . That’s why they made their homes up on cliffs . I wonder if there’s a connection.

  9. In the northern territories of Canada there are no doctors, RN’s, Advanced care paramedics, available for community medical clinics that paramedics are being hired to work alone in those medical centres. They are flown in for whatever time that paramedic is able to work. Sometimes for 24 hour work day! Where have all the staff gotten to? Are they dead or unvaxed?

  10. About 10yrs ago I attempted suicide. My ex wife happened to come out in the shed and seen me and cut me down. I remember those days when the sun never rose. So I kinda have an idea what these people are feeling. It's terrible and only if these poor souls had an ex wife to cut them down they too could possibly find happiness because better times will eventually come. Please hang on for better times, they will come !

  11. I’m not a sci-fi fan but I love the Langloliers! Crap I just moved to Orlando and will eventually need a knee replacement. I was in the ICU for 2 weeks in Miami after a brain aneurysm and my family had to hire someone (unskilled) just to do simple things it would take the nurses hours to get around to doing.

  12. Hi Dave. love your channel. thanks for talking about things that are uncomfortable for most people. you may have talked about it already, but what do you make of the missing young man named Dylan Rounds? missing from the Nevada-Utah border. on another note, I come from a spooky family. I think the best way to describe it is that my grandmother, who was a strong matriarch, always told us that we were closer to the spirit world than most people. also, there weren't boundaries put on our developing minds of what was possible or normal. I've been grateful for that my entire life. but I've had to tone it down a bit to assimilate lol. when I was growing up, we had a large piece of land in Louisiana, and I guess you would describe it kind of like a compound. large enough that the younger folks could claim a spot, get approval from the elders and build a house. these kinds of family holdings were common when I was younger, but you don't see it much anymore. so many things happened in that swamp/woods. there was a thing called the "squealer" that would chase us if we went house to house after dark. we were very careful to get back home before nightfall. my grandfather would even lay on his truck horn a bit before dark to remind us kids. otherwise, you either had to stay put at a cousin's house or get driven home. the sounds were normal to us, and we felt safe inside the house at night, but it was annoying. sometimes the squealer would make noises that sounded like it had a long piece of wood banging it against a tree or something like that. hours of this sound and other vocalizations. I don't really talk about it because who would believe me?

  13. I wonder if anyone ever started praying out loud when they would hear these sounds of some thing following them in the woods? I would also like to find out the people that went missing blood types. I think it's worth to look into.

  14. Can't believe people still follow this fraud. Hope he is still not in our great state.
Hey Dave, how about the Aaron Hodges story you completely lied about?
    Coward…

  15. The story about the hat they found, screwed up, possibly even chewed upon? It reminded me immediately of one missing child who after being luckily found by searchers, told them that she had been fed with berries by a large wolf (!), who had eaten her hat ! This was back in 1898 as far as I recall – she had gone missing for days on end when searchers found her standing on a log in the middle of a river, and next to her was a large wolf- like animal that immediately jumped into the water when the search party arrived. The girl had been out in the wilds for days on end, but she was clean and totally unharmed….apart from her missing hat (most probably made of straw, as they were in those days). What possibly could make a hat of any kind seem nourishing to such cryptids? This case was also unusual in that the searchers had actually seen the large black "wolf", not only the little girl.

  16. The nursing letter made me chuckle.

I recently joined our volunteer fire department in our extremely rural community and since I'm the "girl" of the group and because no one else would commit, I took the EMR class. I did pretty well so the instructor told me to go ahead and get the EMT certification.

I was almost done when my hubby had an acute medical crisis. I had to drop out of the course, regrettably, to deal with what was going on with my husband.

The weekend of my last class, the doctor told us that the immediate amputation of his leg was required, and since he was septic it was an emergency. It was a Sunday morning. They took him down to the operating theatre just when two lifeflighted emergencies came in, with four critical patients on board. All the nurses in that part of the hospital were diverted to the emergency room, and the anesthesiologist was left hanging in the middle of what he was doing for my husband at the moment. I was just standing there, so I stepped up to help the anesthesiologist to put my husband under for surgery. Of course, we were billed for my work.

  17. There are many more people who are “takers” than “givers”. These givers are rare people and are Angels on Earth, who never ask for anything in return. Only these few, willingly take care of everyone who needs help.
