Former Dem. Senator attacked in California



Former Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) was attacked in Oakland, Calif., on Monday but not seriously injured, according to a statement on her official Twitter account.

Boxer, 80, was allegedly pushed in the back by an assailant who stole her cellphone before jumping into a waiting car, according to her statement.

  2. it sounds like they were after her phone and only her phone. i was going to chalk this up to just some random mugging but the information stored on a phone and the fact there was a get away car leads me to believe it could have been someone wanting proof of some insane conspiracy

  5. It was mostly peaceful. She is fine, it was their way of protesting. They may also identify as a thief with the pronoun robber.
