  1. soy sauce…….? really dude ? ive never seen this in Cali. Next time come down and try the food first. And ask the chefs how they make them, they would gladly show you.

  2. curious as to what Babish might think of swapping out cilantro for culantro (used in Central American and Southeast Asian cuisine I think). More earthy, possibly less soapy, but still usable in the same applications.
